Here's a summary of the steps:1. Started from a single sphere in ZBrush2. Turned on Sculptris Pro and just pushed and pulled things around until the silhouette felt interesting and the proportions looked balanced3. Kept the tool kit simple – mainly Move, Standard, DamStandard and Inflate focusing on shape and attitude4. Did a quick polypaint pass to block in a rough colour palette5. Jumped into Substance 3D Painter and reused a couple of Smart Materials from my personal library (good reminder to keep building your own resources)6. Final lighting and render done with Marmoset Toolbag 5 and Maverick7. Added a bit of Photoshop compositing to wrap it all up
